These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the website BlauerLeguan.de and all associated services, especially uploading, rating, and commenting on images.
Certain features require registration. The data provided during registration must be complete and truthful. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential.
Users may only upload content (e.g. photos, texts) to which they hold the necessary rights. Content must not violate applicable laws, morality, or the rights of third parties. Forbidden content such as copyrighted materials, illegal photos or videos must not be uploaded. Content uploaded by other users must not be redistributed or re-uploaded. Also, self-uploaded and accepted media must not be uploaded again.
By uploading content, the user grants the platform a simple, spatially and temporally unlimited usage right for display on the website. The user agrees that their images may generally be displayed, liked, and commented on on the website.
It is prohibited to insult, harass other users, or violate legal provisions. Deliberately misrating images with the aim of intentionally disadvantaging them is considered a violation of the T&C and may result in account suspension. Multi-accounts are prohibited. Spamming or the repeated, deliberate uploading of media that does not meet the established criteria will also lead to temporary or permanent account suspension. The platform may restrict or block access in case of violations.
The platform reserves the right to log IP addresses in order to prevent misuse and violations of the T&C.
The platform assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of content provided by users. In case of violations of the T&C, especially with regards to uploading prohibited content, users may be held liable.
The platform reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the platform operator, if legally permissible.
